The founder of the German Food Box is Michael Pirro, a German living in Florida. German food is loved by many Americans, but not everyone can afford to travel to Germany to eat it.

Many years have passed since he thought of a solution. In the US, there are German restaurants, but they are not everywhere and not everyone can visit them regularly. Apart from the restaurants, there are several other delicious dishes available elsewhere. German food is a favorite of my whole family. They both made fabulous dishes, as did my aunt who lived with us. My family used to gather around the table during holidays to dine until we nearly fell asleep. There was nothing we could resist about the food.
